My
sons plan to get started on their Halloween costumes this week.
While we're at the craft stores, I'm going to buy the supplies I need
to make my favorite goodies from Trish Turay's Sweet Treats Fall
class. She's collected 16 projects with step-by-step instructions
including photos, recipes, and lots of fun printables into one
download-now document. We're going to make the Scarecrow heads first! Trish's instructions are full of great tips for awesome-looking finished treats--like how to successfully attach that carrot nose to the popcorn ball. For the tricker-or-treaters we'll use our crimper and Halloween-themed patterned paper to make candy containers--and then, in November, we'll make those containers again using different paper suitable for Thanskgiving table favors.
If you're looking for creative ways to surprise a party hostess, delight a classroom of kids, or just spend a fun Saturday afternoon with your children, check out Sweet Treats Fall.
